Excellent service, friendly staff I was so amazed by how easy Darling's made my experience. Leasing is a great fit for me! I walked into Darlings on a Saturday morning to explore the option of leasing a vehicle and left not only with a new Accord but also a new friend. Jo I walked into Darlings on a Saturday morning to explore the option of leasing a vehicle and left not only with a new Accord but also a new friend. Joe stepped up with a smile and offered to answer any questions and concerns I had about leasing. It appeared to be a great choice for me. I gave him a monthly payment budget that I was not willing or able to wiggle on. With determination and charisma, Joe began the task of matching me to a car I would like. I felt like he heard my needs and was up to the challenge. Pressure to buy never crossed my mind. He truly wanted me to be happy with my decision. It's nice to see someone excited about the work they are doing as well as looking out for their clients. I left with a new Honda Accord and a great feeling! I went back to Darling's a few months later for my first service appointment. Sitting in the waiting area, I saw Joe walking briskly from the showroom to the service area, obviously going about his busy day. However the moment he noticed me, he immediately came in, sat down, and genuinely wanted to know how everything was going. I recently referred an elderly friend to Joe, knowing that he would treat her fairly. Again, he went above and beyond, driving to her home and bringing her to the dealership. She said he make her purchase easy and enjoyable. More importantly, he treated her with a caring and kindness that she has not stopped mentioning. The customer care at Darling's is exceptional. Wonderful employees and great service. More

Fit for purchase Our buying experience was a change from a past experience. 9 years ago we visited this dealer and came away feeling we were not worthy to deal with s Our buying experience was a change from a past experience. 9 years ago we visited this dealer and came away feeling we were not worthy to deal with such an important franchise and vowed not to return. We failed to keep our vow in this case because the product stood out from most of the rest. However we were prepare to turn our backs at the slightest slight. This time the experience was perfect...if you don't count the weather. The salesman we bonded with was, focused, forthright, informative, responsive (his ears worked as well as his mouth) and made us feel important (we would have settled for useful). He was not in the least aggressive/pushy, but figured out swiftly what info and guidance we wanted and did not wish. When I felt that we were going to be too far apart on price/trade in, I withdrew, without giving him a chance to make an offer. When reason returned, I laid it out, and we made a deal to my satisfaction, and surprise. When we picked up the car, he had already transferred my vehicle insurance, saving us time and a step, allowing us to transfer the old registration within an hour of purchase. If I don't die from old age first (I expect the car to last), I will no doubt return for my next purchase. More

Wow, he not only treated us like children but also tried to force every opinion he had on us. After he decided we knew nothing about cars he decided a lease was for us which we had both repeatedly expressed no interest in... He push and push and told us how we had no idea. We had had enough and got up and walked out. Sadly we may do business with the dealership they have always done good by us. As for Allen. NO THANKS! Do you want to buy a car or get a life lesson in how you are wrong. As Allen told us he's been been selling cars in that same seat for 15 years looking out the same window. Lesson learned. Good luck. I felt comfortable and listened to. My salesman Kyle Veinote was amazing, his level of professionalism was amazing and great. He truly made the sales experience worth it. I am so thankful for the service at Darling Honda and the great service I got from Kyle Veinote and the finance office. I will most likely return to Darling incase I need another car. I will also be sure to let others know about the great service Kyle Veinote gave me and the great deal Darling Honda gave me. More

Always the best service & experience! Bryan and Geoff are always wonderful to work with at Darling's Honda. After weeks of searching for and trying out vehicles with the help and patience Bryan and Geoff are always wonderful to work with at Darling's Honda. After weeks of searching for and trying out vehicles with the help and patience of Bryan ( a lot of patience) , we finally settled on a new vehicle and the process was nothing short of exceptional from paperwork to finance to driving away. Geoff is always professional and friendly no matter what we are asking! Bryan always goes that extra step to help out his customers, which we sincerely appreciate. Having previously bought from them before, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The service and commitment they show to their customers is unlike any other dealership we have ever shopped at. Our experience has always been wonderful and we highly recommend their business to anyone that we can. We plan to be customers of theirs for as long we we need new vehicles! I next met with Josh Rickman who guided me through the financing and paperwork aspect. My experience there was the beginning of a long lasting friendship that I will visit each time I need a vehicle and will recommend their business to all of my friends and family who need to buy a vehicle.
