One of the best vehicle purchase experiences that my wife and I have ever had! Kathy was by far the best sales person that we have ever dealt with! Bought a Honda CRV in 2019. Excellent car, handling, acceleration, durability. Dealer's Finance Department is the absolute PITS. I’ve been going to Darling’s for service on my Volvos since 2012 and have never been disappointed. Tim, the Volvo service advisor, is both professional and personable. Forrest and Gary, the Volvo technic since 2012 and have never been disappointed. Tim, the Volvo service advisor, is both professional and personable. Forrest and Gary, the Volvo technicians, are equally adept at minor services and major overhauls, alike. appointments run on time and on estimate. My first S60 was running like a top with >280K miles when I sold it to get a new one. Can’t recommend this team enough. More

Went in to test drive it but Selden was tied up in meetings and had Brian take over. Brian was super friendly and easy going. Because of his honesty and no pressure approach I was able to drive away in a new-to-me vehicle that I love! Highly recommend them! These guys were so great! Our last experience with Darlings's service was very negative. We purchased four brand new tires from them for our Nissan Rogue that were rated for 65,000 miles. At only 25,000 miles (14 months later) w negative. We purchased four brand new tires from them for our Nissan Rogue that were rated for 65,000 miles. At only 25,000 miles (14 months later) we discovered from our local mechanic that they won't pass inspection. We never take our Rogue off-road or put it in any poor-terrain situations. Our mechanic told us that the brand of tires we had on it are known to be such poor quality that he refuses to buy them and put them on any of his customers' cars. I called Darlings' Service Center to find out why they would have sold us this kind of cheap tire, I was immediately put on the defensive and peppered with questions about how many times we've had our tires rotated, did we need an alignment, have we had damage that would have impacted tire life, etc. There was no apology or explanation provided for why they would choose to offer their customer such an inferior product. We won't be going to Darlings for service ever again, nor will we go to them to buy a car again, even though we bought our last two from them. More
Kendall Seavey was an absolute pleasure to work with on the purchase of my new car! Because of the current market, inventory is scarce everywhere. So when I told Kendall what car I wanted, he made it happen. I ordered the car before it was built, which was a new experience for sure. But Kendall kept me updated on everything. When it was getting closer to arrival, he went ahead and started the financing process for me. When the day arrived for me to get my new car, it was such a lovely and EASY experience. After spending hours at the dealership, feeling exhausted, they found a car more comfortably within my budget, an ‘08 Civic. All was well for about a year; Honda’s are known for their reliability, Civics especially, with room to tune and generally economical parts. Alas, my engine block cracked, leaked coolant, burnt all the oil off, and left my stock *plastic* dipstick charred and decimated. Surprised, I searched the internet to see if this was a common issue, and yes it was. All ‘06-‘08 along with some ‘09 Civics were issued TSB 10-048, wherein Honda would replace the engine, free of charge, and extended the standard warranty up to 10 years. Why this wasn’t done to this vehicle, I don’t know. However, here it was at a Honda dealership, hastily brought to me at the end of the business day. Had I known about this particular TSB, I likely wouldn’t have purchased this vehicle, and at the very least I would’ve bought the dealer’s assuredly absurd extended warranty. After more than a month of deliberation, they couldn’t do anything for me. Bottom line: don’t let this dealership leave you blindsided. Don’t think they have your best interest at hand. More
