A satisfied customer since 1995 I don't think anyone likes the idea of having to go in a negotiate for a car, wonder about it's history, but I've been a customer of Darling's for 20 I don't think anyone likes the idea of having to go in a negotiate for a car, wonder about it's history, but I've been a customer of Darling's for 20 years and just bought my 5th Honda Civic from them. Each car has been better than the last for the same payment. It's great to go into the dealership and see many of the same faces year after year. I've never been dissatisfied with the car or the deal. Additionally, for reasons I can't understand, Darling's Service comes in with prices LESS than other service providers in the area. If I had ONE small comment on how Darling's could improve its service, it would be to be able to provide a drive in oil/lube bay More

Seems as though all of the employee actually enjoy their jobs and the company they work for. They're conversational and you may even ask yourself..."have i been here before?" Maybe you haven't, but you certainly will feel like you're a regular. As if that wasn't enough, my service was far less costly than what the service associate initially quoted! Thank you! More
Just looking turned into buying I have been a proud Honda Fit owner for the last 4 1/2 years and with the exception of the way it handles on mountainous winter roads in Maine, I int I have been a proud Honda Fit owner for the last 4 1/2 years and with the exception of the way it handles on mountainous winter roads in Maine, I intended to keep the car for years to come. However after this most recent (long!) winter, I came to realize that my little car was just not ideal for my new life in Maine. What was intended to be a "just looking" excursion Saturday morning turned into, four hours later, driving off the lot with a new Nissan Rogue. (I am in love!) This was my fourth car buying/leasing experience (from dealerships across the country) and I must say that Scott Larrabee and the Darlings staff were my best experience yet! Courteous, informative, great at understanding what I wanted & needed from my vehicle, and absolutely no pressure – it was a wonderful car buying experience that I would recommend to anyone within driving distance. Upgrade our lease ended and we were ready to do a new lease on the Honda CRV 2015 we were very happy with the new Honda CRV however after test driving the Hon our lease ended and we were ready to do a new lease on the Honda CRV 2015 we were very happy with the new Honda CRV however after test driving the Honda Pilot we found it a much more substantial vehicle and it fit our needs for a vehicle. Our salesperson Scott Larrabee was fantastic he was very enthusiastic, professional and comfortable to work with. He willingly helped figured out how to make this vehicle work with our financial capabilities. We are very happy with our new vehicle and our new Salesperson :) More

Found a car I was interested in but after talking a I truly felt the attention I received was personalized. I started out at Darling's used car lot. Found a car I was interested in but after talking about my situation with the salesman, even he felt it was in my best interest to get a new car. When I arrived at the new car lot, I found the salesman from the other lot had called ahead, explained my situation and found my new contact equally willing to work with me to ensure my needs were met. And they were! I've already recommended this dealership and the people I worked with to all my friends. More
