I can always count on his honest insights and suggestions. *Background history, I bought my cars there during and after my college years which is like 18 years ago, still happy every time I did it. The only complaint I have is that their services is so promptly (depends on the works need to be done), I sometimes don't even have time to sit long enough to enjoy their wonderful coffee there. Excellent Service I was bringing my Honda CR-V in for a recall replacement of my driver's side airbag(s). Because of the high value retention used Honda's are known for I was bringing my Honda CR-V in for a recall replacement of my driver's side airbag(s). Because of the high value retention used Honda's are known for (and one of the reasons I purchased a Honda from Darling's in the first place), I also requested 60k mile fluid flushes which would be an out of pocket expense. I utilized their free shuttle service, which was also an excellent experience. The driver was polite but didn't talk my ear off, which when going to/coming from a stressful job is much appreciated by this customer. Great first impression of driver, I forget his name. While at work I got a call that they uncovered other areas that could use maintenance after their test drive, and I agreed to those as well. Because of their pleasant customer service and communications, a free recall visit turned into a $700+ interaction. In the sales world, I would call that a win and a great job by employees. I am not usually someone who pays the 'dealership rates' for this type of maintenance, but they do such a great job it was an easy choice to make in this instance. Well done Darling's service, keep up the good work! More
