As we were looking to lease for the first time, we were not aware that we could trade in our vehicle. The other Honda dealer never made this offer to us, not even after I informed him that I could not lease a vehicle until I sold my vehicle as I needed the money from my vehicle to put a down payment on the lease vehicle. Kathy was amazing. She made us an offer we could not refuse. I gave her basic information as to what we were looking for and she completely took care of us. She had all the answers, all the information and was so quick with everything she did. She never hesitated and even sat in the car with us to go over everything it does. She is the best sales person we have ever dealt with. We purchased through Darlings because of Kathy. Thank you Kathy!!! Don't remember the name of the person who did the finance for us, but he was just as friendly as Kathy. I do know he is originally from Van Buren and he was great in helping us with understanding the insurance for a lease. Top notch team! More

My experience with Darlings service team I've just returned from a 3000 mile trip without any problems, it didn't start out that way, I brought my Volvo ( 208,000 miles ) in 2 weeks before Ch I've just returned from a 3000 mile trip without any problems, it didn't start out that way, I brought my Volvo ( 208,000 miles ) in 2 weeks before Christmas for check up and service of any problems found, they were cared for and I had a loaner while the service was being done. (good all set for the trip). Christmas day Sunday, on the way home from visiting, the SERVICE ENGINE light came on, we were to pack the car for early departure Tuesday morning. I called Tim Oversmith (Volvo service adviser) at 8:00 AM Monday explained the problem, he said I could bring the car right up, which I did. Tim and his team had the problem diagnosed and repaired. I was home by 12:30 (it's a 2 hour ride to Bangor and back) and able to pack the car that afternoon, we left as planed Tuesday morning. Thank you, Darling and team. I will buy another Volvo. When I bring my car in for service, I feel like I'm bringing Darlings service, specifically Tim Oversmith, has been there for me through two Volvos. When I bring my car in for service, I feel like I'm bringing a family member to a wise and caring doctor. Tim always takes the time to explain what they've found on my car, what they suggest it needs, what to expect it to cost, and how long it will take.
