She researched and found the answers to my questions. Kathy was very easy to work with and it is very obvious that she knows how to take care of her customers. Stephen York in the service department is always very friendly and knowledgeable and provides great customer service. Lee Lorigan was well prepared and made the paperwork process quick and easy. I never felt pressured to buy the "extras". Jim Prescott checked in with me to be sure that I was comfortable and being well taken care of. The team at Darling's made this a great experience. More

I've had Hondas for years and love them. My 2015 Honda Accord is SWEET! I wanted to go to a v6 for some pep and fun but was afraid of going below 30mpg. This car is getting 30mpg minimum and I often get 33mpg even though it is rated for 26 mpg. I recently had service done and had the wrong day but they worked me in anyways. Service after the sale! I needed to drop my Frontier off to have the under-coat done. I zipped into Darlings Ford. It was an incredibly cold morning and they had a lot of peo I needed to drop my Frontier off to have the under-coat done. I zipped into Darlings Ford. It was an incredibly cold morning and they had a lot of people waiting. I was greeted and everything was done within a few minutes so I could take off in my rental. "No pressure to buy" In October 2016 I purchased/leased a Nissan Pathfinder. I wasn't sure exactly what type of vehicle I wanted when I entered the dealership but had a few must have features in mind. I was not swayed into a vehicle that I did not want nor was I pressured to buy. My Salesman was extremely knowledgeable, patient and willing to go out of his way to accommodate me throughout the entire process. I can not say enough about the team spirit between the two employees I dealt with (Lubo Stoyanov and Lee LeVasseur). Lubo treated me and my family like family and Lee took care of us like "County" people do as we are long time friends from Aroostook County! I have to say that there were many salesman/employees we encountered during our car buying process and everyone was pleasant, great with our children and helpful in our needs even if they weren't our specific salesman.
