Excellent Service I was bringing my Honda CR-V in for a recall replacement of my driver's side airbag(s). Because of the high value retention used Honda's are known for I was bringing my Honda CR-V in for a recall replacement of my driver's side airbag(s). Because of the high value retention used Honda's are known for (and one of the reasons I purchased a Honda from Darling's in the first place), I also requested 60k mile fluid flushes which would be an out of pocket expense. I utilized their free shuttle service, which was also an excellent experience. The driver was polite but didn't talk my ear off, which when going to/coming from a stressful job is much appreciated by this customer. Great first impression of driver, I forget his name. While at work I got a call that they uncovered other areas that could use maintenance after their test drive, and I agreed to those as well. Because of their pleasant customer service and communications, a free recall visit turned into a $700+ interaction. In the sales world, I would call that a win and a great job by employees. I am not usually someone who pays the 'dealership rates' for this type of maintenance, but they do such a great job it was an easy choice to make in this instance. She researched and found the answers to my questions. Kathy was very easy to work with and it is very obvious that she knows how to take care of her customers. Stephen York in the service department is always very friendly and knowledgeable and provides great customer service. Lee Lorigan was well prepared and made the paperwork process quick and easy. I've had Hondas for years and love them. My 2015 Honda Accord is SWEET! I wanted to go to a v6 for some pep and fun but was afraid of going below 30mpg. This car is getting 30mpg minimum and I often get 33mpg even though it is rated for 26 mpg. I recently had service done and had the wrong day but they worked me in anyways. Service after the sale! I needed to drop my Frontier off to have the under-coat done. I zipped into Darlings Ford.
