AMAZING Customer Service Recently I needed to have my Honda Pilot serviced. It had over 100,000 miles so there was a lot of work to be done. I live over an hour away from Darl Recently I needed to have my Honda Pilot serviced. It had over 100,000 miles so there was a lot of work to be done. I live over an hour away from Darling's dealership. When I called to talk to the Service Department, Mike got on the phone and we tried to figure out a solution to dropping the car off during a trip I needed to take for business from the Bangor airport. He suggested to stop off at the dealership and they would take me to the airport to catch the flight. As it turned out, my flight left at 6am. He then suggested if I had an extra key, to mail him the key and then text him to let him know where I parked the car. He would have it picked up, serviced and back in the lot before I finished my business trip. And that is exactly what happened. The Pilot runs great and I had a hassle free service experience. Thank you Darling's. More

Customer Service and Ease is Second to None! I recently started a lease on a 2017 Honda Civic LX after deciding it was time for my CR-V to retire. I knew I wanted another Honda, and being a colle I recently started a lease on a 2017 Honda Civic LX after deciding it was time for my CR-V to retire. I knew I wanted another Honda, and being a college student with a tight budget, I decided to lease. Joe assured me that the Civic was going to give the most for my money and at first I was unsure..I thought it would be too small. I test drove one and fell in love! It had much more room than I thought and doesn't have the "inexpensive base model" feel. Joe made my first car buying experience easy, stress-free and enjoyable. He truly cares about his customers and really wants what's best for you. He will give his honest opinions and inputs and make sure you leave happy and satisfied with your new purchase! Lee Lorigan was very personable and made the financial aspect very understandable and pleasant. He recommended that I get the Access Wear & Tear Warranty, which covers "up to $5000 worth of any eligible excess wear and tear charges". This was an extremely affordable assurance for my lease, making me just that more sure about my choice! I can not say enough great things about my experience at Darling's Honda Nissan Volvo, I will always come back for all my car needs. Your customer service has made me a loyal customer and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car, whether sure or unsure, to go there! Thank you! More
