We have been very satisfied with the performance and longevity of the 1st Honda and decided to purchase another after considering a few other brands. We were very pleased with sales reps, Sarah Bowie and Kathy Giddings, and their patience with us as we went through the process of exploring other vehicles at other dealers along with vehicles at their own dealership. There was never any discussion as to why we shouldn't buy a particular brand or deal with another dealer. All energy was placed by staff as to patiently answering questions we had about the vehicle we were considering at their dealership. We felt in the end, we were able to negotiate a price that was reasonable given the information we had collected. We also felt that this was not a "pressured" sale. Coordination between sales and finance departments was exemplary. Ben Doucette was clear in explanation of the finance alternatives and process. Promptness in communication via email and phone from all was greatly appreciated also. This was also true in face to face discussions. Overall... Great job Darlings! More

On vacation I arrived with my wife and twokids in Maine from New Jersey for vacation. I noticed there was a hard shift and then loss of power and some shaking between 30 and 40 mph. I called Darling and let them know, they said it would be a week b-4 they could fit it in. I explained that we were on vacation and MIke the service manager said bring it in first thing the next day. I dropped it of and by the end of the day the problem was solved and parts ordered. Mike kept me up to date through out the day.. and allowed me to be apart of the process. I whish I lived closer to their service center because I can not get anything even close to that quality and care here in New Jersey. More
