A lady who makes buying a vehicle quite easy.. AMAZING Customer Service Recently I needed to have my Honda Pilot serviced. It had over 100,000 miles so there was a lot of work to be done. I live over an hour away from Darl Recently I needed to have my Honda Pilot serviced. It had over 100,000 miles so there was a lot of work to be done. I live over an hour away from Darling's dealership. When I called to talk to the Service Department, Mike got on the phone and we tried to figure out a solution to dropping the car off during a trip I needed to take for business from the Bangor airport. He suggested to stop off at the dealership and they would take me to the airport to catch the flight. As it turned out, my flight left at 6am. He then suggested if I had an extra key, to mail him the key and then text him to let him know where I parked the car. He would have it picked up, serviced and back in the lot before I finished my business trip. And that is exactly what happened. The Pilot runs great and I had a hassle free service experience. Thank you Darling's. More
On vacation I arrived with my wife and twokids in Maine from New Jersey for vacation. I noticed there was a hard shift and then loss of power and some shaking between 30 and 40 mph. I called Darling and let them know, they said it would be a week b-4 they could fit it in. I explained that we were on vacation and MIke the service manager said bring it in first thing the next day. I dropped it of and by the end of the day the problem was solved and parts ordered. Mike kept me up to date through out the day.. and allowed me to be apart of the process. I whish I lived closer to their service center because I can not get anything even close to that quality and care here in New Jersey. More
