She was very knowledgeable about your inventory and was pleasant to talk to. However, I was unable to locate exactly what I was looking for. Before exiting the property, Lee approached me and he and I started a conversation. He was very attentive and easy to talk to. as our conversation continued, I had mentioned I my love for motorcycles. He told me of several Bikes you have for sale in the other dealership. I was unaware of the other lots.. My interest sparked, and off to the other lot to look at these motorcycles.. Unfortunately due to your liabilities, I was not able to take a full test drive.. I ended up falling in love with your Suzuki Boulevard. I was on a budget, I had so much I was willing to pay for this bike. Lee the management and finance department worked with me until he got close to the price I was willing to pay. My payments are within what I was expecting to pay. I have bought over 50+ cars in my life and Darlin's is my favorite place to deal with!!! Jake Knight and Jeff(The enforcer) or salesmanager as they call him there are great to deal with. Our experience with Lee at Darlings Nissan was FANTASTIC. Lee did not try to sell us a car rather he actually listened and help guide us to our Nissan Maxima. I brought my car Volvo V40 to Bangor (1.5 hours drive from home in Bar Harbor) for service and to check the cause of the light "check engine". They told me they need to change some bulbs and test the car. I paid $523 to make all fixes, including cleaning some "evap valve". When I took the car after the service, there was a new light on the panel. Back at home, I checked: the brake bulbs did not work. I never had this issue before. So, I complained. They told me to take the car to another office, in Ellsworth, to replace the bulb. I had to drive to Ellsworth (40 minuts) and wait, while they would get the bulb from some other place and replace it. Next day, I had the same light "check engine" as before. I looked in the document, they gave me, it said they recommend to change the same "evap valve" they cleaned and the gas tank cap. They did not tell it to me in the dealership. I complained, they said I need to take the car back to Bangor, in dealership again. Back in the dealership, they said, I need to change the same "evap valve" they "cleaned" two days before. I complained, they said: "OK. Now it is working". It turned out, the only problem was the cap on the gas tank. They took another $44 to replace the cap. it means, when I took the car to the dealership the first time, for my $523 they made the care worse of than it was before. I had to waste 7 hours of driving to and from dealership and more than 9 hours in the dealership waiting. And the issue was just the cap of the gas tank. More

Upon arriving thru the doors at Darlings the receptionist asked if we needed assistance.We looked at the vehicles in the show room while we waited for the next available sales rep.Within minutes we were gree asked if we needed assistance.We looked at the vehicles in the show room while we waited for the next available sales rep.Within minutes we were greeted by Gary.Gary was professional and accommodating.He assisted us by answering our questions and showing us several vehicles.He was very very friendly and we felt comfortable with him.This was the first lease for us and the price was good.It was a very busy day that day so we had to wait some time to finish paper work but they gave us a gift card for a great meal.That was totally unexpected and appreciated.Keep up the great work and customer service. I have bought 2 used GMC Yukons from Darling's Honda. (one was a 2001 GMC Yukon and the second was a 2007 GMC Yukon). The second one I bought in June 2009. I have always gone to Jim Prescott first and h (one was a 2001 GMC Yukon and the second was a 2007 GMC Yukon). The second one I bought in June 2009. I have always gone to Jim Prescott first and he had me work with Maryanne McDermott for the second purchase. She was wonderful, very professional, easy to talk with and understood my wants in a vehicle. They did a search in New England and found the vehicle I was looking for. With both vehicles, the service I have received from Darling's Honda and Darling's GMC in Ellsworth (when the vehicles needed warranty work or work necessary by a GMC dealer) has been superb. The service techs (as well as courtesty van drivers) treat you like everything is done to your liking and whatever works best for the customer in drop off, pick up, etc. Sales and service will bring me back to Darling's Honda again and again. Thank you Jim, Maryanne and service departments--you are the best! More
