I have bought 2 used GMC Yukons from Darling's Honda. (one was a 2001 GMC Yukon and the second was a 2007 GMC Yukon). The second one I bought in June 2009. She was wonderful, very professional, easy to talk with and understood my wants in a vehicle. They did a search in New England and found the vehicle I was looking for. With both vehicles, the service I have received from Darling's Honda and Darling's GMC in Ellsworth (when the vehicles needed warranty work or work necessary by a GMC dealer) has been superb. The service techs (as well as courtesty van drivers) treat you like everything is done to your liking and whatever works best for the customer in drop off, pick up, etc. Sales and service will bring me back to Darling's Honda again and again. I came into Darlings thinking that I would not get approved because multiple places gave me the run around, making me waste hours of my time and in the end telling me i had to have a co-signer. Mary-anne, Ron, and Ryan are the ones who worked through my deal. They Did everything in their power to help me get into a more reliable car. I am ecstatic That they got me into a 2011 Honda Civic. I am now paying Lower Monthly Payments than i was through Bangor Car Care. They all went above and beyond being kind, and friendly and doing their job exceptionally well. I went to Darlings to test drive a 2011 Nissan Rogue SV and thought I would have to wait a couple weeks for my taxes to come in to purchase it. Darling's Honda Nissan Volvo was my first stop when my car search began, and I am sure glad it was! I am a college student, and was looking for a used car that would fit within my budget. I originally called about an $1,800 Volvo, but when I heard the issues it had, I decided to step up and get something nice and reliable to last me through my final years of college and beyond. I had a wonderful experience with David Noto, who was both professional and down to earth, as well as very helpful in finding the right car for me. David was able to relate to me as a younger person and what style of vehicle, as well as price range I was looking for. We found several vehicles as possibilities, and in the end, I decided on a 2008 Honda Civic Coupe, Certified Pre-Owned, and have been in love with the car ever since! Dave did a great job for me from a sales standpoint, and I would also like to thank Ryan in finance for doing a lot of foot work to get me the loan, as well as getting me the great rate on it as well!
