I had an appointment to address my engine light and battery warning light. Within driving 70 miles after I had the light fixed, it once again went on. Overall, through the years I have been a customer at Darlings Honda, Steve has been really responsive and keeps a friendly, caring demeanor when dealing with me. On at least one occasion over the years, I was quite stressed out about a problem I was having and he really hung in there with me - was very understanding and is one of the best customer service people I have encountered. I have bought 2 new cars at Darlings since living in Maine (past 8 years) and the one reason I would buy another Honda would be because of Steve's customer service. More
I can't say enough about my Honda Service guys and that's how I think of them,as "mine". Because when I come in needing service on my car, I know they will do their best to get me back on the road as soon a how I think of them,as "mine". Because when I come in needing service on my car, I know they will do their best to get me back on the road as soon as possible and treat me fairly. I travel from Maine to New York City with not one but two demanding work/travel schedules plus a lot of travel for grown children and grandchildren who often want me there ASAP. This is my second Odyssey in 10 years. Drew and Steve always do their best to make sure my car is safe and ready to roll as soon as they can. In November, I had my only "on the road" car trouble; my car lost power and barely accelerated even with the accelerator compressed to the floor. I was in Connecticut and my only thought was not "What's wrong with my car?" My thought was "Why did this have to happen here, where I don't have Drew and Steve?" I called Drew on my cell. After I described what was happening, Drew and Steve looked online and gave me information on the nearest Honda dealer and then spoke with him and me on the phone. My car was fixed that afternoon even though the dealer had a full shop. Then Drew called me back to make sure I was okay. They are not my friends, but I am not sure if they know that, or if they just treat all of their customers that way! I tell them and anyone who listens that you (Darling's) don't need a sales department. Your service department sells your cars. My Odyssey is 7 years old and needs to last a few more years as we are being blessed with more grandchildren. With Drew and Steve I know that it will be safe years. More
Darlings is an excellent Honda dealership. They squeezed me in for a service appointment at the last minute and the car was ready two hours before the time it was promised. BTW I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new 2013 HONDA ACCORD SPORT with the CVT transmission and Pandora. Buy one!! More
I had been looking for a car for months. Dale had previously shown me some used Honda Odysseys, and was keeping an eye out for that "perfect fit" for us, but we were still wavering on "new vs. used". previously shown me some used Honda Odysseys, and was keeping an eye out for that "perfect fit" for us, but we were still wavering on "new vs. used". I went into the dealership one day and Dale and I talked about my family, how we use a vehicle, how long we keep vehicles, and then he showed me a new Honda Pilot. Not only was this vehicle perfect for us, he even was able to get my first choice in color (and it is beautiful). It is now six months later, and I am still thrilled with the purchase. It is indeed the right vehicle for my family, for the adventures we take, and the kind of driving we do. THANK YOU DALE REED! More

My daughter had an appt. at Darlings to service her car, she was unable to keep the allot time but called & told Don Willoughby she was going to be late. She arrived at Darlings & they took her car in to be serviced within minutes of her arrival, thank you for your prompt service & being so accomodating. More
I think that your service dept is exceptional. Don goes out of his way to get my volvo in and to keep it running smoothly. I am confident that the car has had a careful going over after it is serviced ther out of his way to get my volvo in and to keep it running smoothly. Don has gone out of his way in the past to help me get the in vehicle GPS software updated after it had become very outdated. I would recommend highly the service dept to anyone. More
After my first visit to Darling's for car service, I knew it was a place to be. Don has been very helpful and answered any questions I've asked. The lady who takes my money every visit I make at Darling's is very nice and friendly. Steve was one of the friendliest and most helpful service techs I have ever worked with. He was genuinely concerned about the issues I was having with my Honda. He asked me alot of questions and kept me up techs I have ever worked with. He was genuinely concerned about the issues I was having with my Honda. He asked me alot of questions and kept me updated the entire time my car was in the shop. He solved my problem and everything was covered under my extended warranty. I couldn't be happier with Steve and with Darlings. They even took me to and from work and even their van driver was a pleasure to deal with! On top of that, I'm happy to report that my Honda is running better than ever. Thanks so much! More
Great service department. I had a problem with my Honda Accord while on vacation in Maine. I called the sevice department and they got me in the next day. If I lived in Maine I would do business with this dealership. More
