His excellent sales skills solidified my decision to purchase a car from this company. He is an asset to this company. They were unable to give me the premium rate on the lease payment due to my credit rating but I believe they tried to the best of their ability. We were considering a Nissan Quest but needed to make sure I (6'7') was comfortable in it and that the storage and seating arrangements would meet our needs. Lee Lorigan did an outstanding job of (patiently!) taking us through all the alternative arrangements, allowing me to adjust both driver and passenger seats to the most comfortable positions and arranging a lengthy test drive to ensure the vehicle drove suitably. All this with a smile and excellent understanding of the workings of this complex vehicle. I am sure others are good, but I would make a point of asking for Lee when I return to Darlings More

I was shopping for quotes online and worked with Joel Nye. He was very responsive and friendly, and the information he provided was extremely clear and easy to understand. We have had all of them serviced at Darlings and have found the service to be so exceptional that when it came to buying a second vehicle, we decided on a Honda as we know we could DEPEND on the Darlings Service Department. Service at Darling's is ALWAYS top notch, and this was no exception. Even though this was just a routine servicing (36,000 mile), they asked if there were any other issues, and investigated a door lo was no exception. They also noticed something we missed, that our inspection sticker had lapsed, performed the inspection as a part of the visit, and issued a new sticker, no charge. The loaner they gave us for the day was another Volvo (and we came pretty close to buying it; 'twas a sweet ride), and they performed the servicing in the time they said it would (earlier, actually). We have been Darling's customers since 2006, and we plan to keep going there as long as we are in the area. My wife and I never hesitate to recommend them to our friends and coworkers who may be looking for a new car. In short, they rock. Hard. With both hands. More
Don has always gone out of his way to be friendly and helpful. I feel he is honest and upfront with me when dealing with issues my vehicle has had throughout the years. I stopped by with the 19 minute proposal letter and never expected to end up with a new CRV. The deal was too good to pass up as was Honda's .9% financing.
