First class service in every way! I called Darlings after my car had died (not purchased from Darlings) and got in touch with Paul Watson. We did an over the phone application and he f I called Darlings after my car had died (not purchased from Darlings) and got in touch with Paul Watson. We did an over the phone application and he found me a great car in just a couple days! I told him what I was looking for and my budget and though it wasn't an easy task for him he was more than accommodating! He made it happen! They got me a great deal and stayed in my budget range. When I went in to get the car and sign the paperwork it didn't take forever and Jason Decker and Paul couldn't have been friendlier to work with! The car was brought to Augusta from Ellsworth the same day he found it and though it did die after leaving the lot, the next day they made sure I had a new alternator and battery at no cost! Things happen with cars and even though I had already left the lot I came back with the car and they took care of me. That's what matters.
