Personal Prompt Pleasant Service for Unexpected Repair! I called Darlings first thing Monday morning, on my way to work, because dash lights were flashing and my Tiburon was smelling a little funny. Devon I called Darlings first thing Monday morning, on my way to work, because dash lights were flashing and my Tiburon was smelling a little funny. Devon pleasantly took my stressed-out call for help, told me although they were jam-packed that day, he'd give me to Dan to see what he could do. Dan was pleasant as well, saying he would try to get my car in at least to troubleshoot. I was out of town for work the following three days and thankfully had alternate transportation. Dan called my voicemail on Monday night with the diagnosis: bad alternator. He gave me a substantial cost estimate and anticipated the job would be done Thursday, the day I returned to Augusta. He said he'd see about getting the work covered on warranty! Dan kept me posted on progress via voicemail, offering to get overdue oil change done while the alternator was being replaced. I was tickled when I got his voicemail on Wednesday afternoon sharing that my repaired car was ready for pickup any time, earlier than expected and at a cost substantially lower than we originally thought. Dan always has sense of humor even when it seems like he is having a crazy day! We have bought a number of vehicles at Darlings, had collision repair and regular service done there, always happy with the service! Thank you, Darlings! More

Another Hyundai and love it. Went in for a repair and came out with a 2011 Elantra. My Hyundai was five years old and it was time for a new one. Darling, Dana Perkins and Jim Ro Went in for a repair and came out with a 2011 Elantra. My Hyundai was five years old and it was time for a new one. Darling, Dana Perkins and Jim Ropella made the process simple. My wife and I took test rides (yes plural, one test ride was overnight) and test sit in, in many cars. Every request was satisfied with a good nature and a willingness to be helpful. There was a running commentary on facts and what the extras do which was timely and helpful. Once a car was selected the purchase process and the insurance process (we were from out of State) was smooth and very helpful. The insurance process was a challenge and they walked us through it to completion. It was a great experience from the repair of the old car to driving out of the lot with a new one. More

Peter Dionne was the salesman I worked with and he was so personable and easy going. He worked with me in figuring out what I needed for a vehicle, what I was using it for, asking me questions about why I was trading in my prior vehicle. Peter had me test drive both SUV models pointing out the differences to me. He was very patient and got me into the Santa Fe Sport, which I have grown to really enjoy driving..and it was as close a set up up style as my 2015 Hyundai Sonata (which I also loved), but I am now in an SUV.... Thank you Peter for all your assistance in helping me decide on a vehicle for my needs. You are awesome...If anyone wants someone who is very friendly and listens to what you want, see Peter Dionne... I love driving my new Santa Fe. More

From the minute you walk through the new showroom, (where someone will hold the door open for you,) to the sales department (my sales rep was Gary Mitchell) to the finance department (Steve Steiner), you are treated with the best customer service imaginable. Everyone at Darlings treats you with courtesy, friendliness and respect. Both Gary and Steve were great in very way, very helpful and knowledgeable and made my whole car buying experience a lot of fun, plus I just love my 2015 Nissan Rogue!!! I cant say enough good things about Darlings....except to say I will continue to have Darlings as my car dealership. And that all other car dealerships could take lessons from Darlings as to the right way to treat people and how to sell and finance a car! THANK YOU SO MUCH DARLINGS !!!! More
