We drove down from Bangor to test drive the car and review options. Called later the next week and secured an Elantra over the phone. Paul then drove the car up to Darlings in Bangor the next day to deliver it and finish paperwork so we did not have to go back to Augusta. I would have to describe this as going above and beyond for excellence in customer service. Any other questions I have had since the purchased have had excellent response as well.
