Great experience Had a great experience here. We had to trade in our 2WD for 4WD before a big trip north. Our upside-down loan on our 2WD kept us from getting a loan Had a great experience here. We had to trade in our 2WD for 4WD before a big trip north. Our upside-down loan on our 2WD kept us from getting a loan for something older and cheaper (our plan A) but Paul and Jim worked with us to get an amazing year-end deal on a newer truck that met our needs without totally blowing our budget. My husband and I agree we never felt we were being "schmoozed" or forced into any decisions. I'm always skeptical at dealerships, but everyone we interacted with (Paul, Jim, Jason, Nate) seemed genuine about treating us well and answering all our questions. We took the truck back two days later to pick up some paperwork and mentioned we thought it was due for an oil change (7K miles); they agreed and did it for FREE, plus a tire rotation AND inspection just to be sure everything was on the up-and-up. Compared to our last dealership experience, this was a DREAM. More

Josh was very helpful in getting us the best price for our lease. When we picked up the car, Josh sat in the backseat and showed me some of the features on the dashboard. He said if we had any questions, not to hesitate to give him a call. He also called a couple of days later to see if we were satisfied with the vehicle. We were very impressed and grateful for the wonderful service. We would highly recommend Darling's to lease or purchase a vehicle. More

Quick and easy!! Peter Dionne was very nice and kind and personable! My partner and I came all the way from Westbrook Maine with our heads set on two vehicles. We were not sure if we would be able to leave with a vehicle or not the same day but Peter was very helpful with the process. With one of the two vehicles on site , he showed us the car and it’s features as well as went for a little ride with us to ensure that it was the right fit for us. After deciding it was, he partnered with his colleagues and in less than 15 minutes got us approved and gave us high fives along with two cool darlings caps as Souvenirs! The process was quik, easy and smooth. The vehicle is great so far and we definitely loved our experience and loved the positive attitudes from not only Peter, but other darling employees as well. My husband and I purchased our pick up from Darlings a couple of years ago and had the best experience we have ever had buying a new vehicle so when i My husband and I purchased our pick up from Darlings a couple of years ago and had the best experience we have ever had buying a new vehicle so when it was time for our daughter to buy her first "adult" vehicle on her own....we suggested Darlings!!! Paul made her first auto dealership car buying experience not only easy but exciting with no pressure! Paul went out of his way to make sure she understood each step of the process and all her options. She always felt like she was in control of the process and decision making without any pushing or watching the clock. When it came to the financing piece, Nate helped her get her first auto loan without needing a co-signor and explained everything in detail allowing her to feel very confident about her decisions. I think they were just as excited as she was when she pulled out of the yard in her beautiful chevy equinox. I would send everyone I know to Paul and Nate at Darlings if they want knowledgeable, professional, good guys to work with! More

Zach was extremely helpful, was not at all pushy. We test drove the Tuscon first but ultimately decided it was a little too small so we tried out the Santa Fe. We took the Santa Fe home for the night and was supposed to meet up with Zach the next night but the private sale of my current vehicle got delayed a day and they were gracious enough to allow me to keep the Santa Fe another night. Zach even came in on his day off to complete the sale. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and not one of them was pushy, otherwise we would have left immediately. This is my first new car and they made it a pleasurable experience. I was not pressured to purchase extras. They explained what I could buy if I wanted to but allowed us to decide on our own. Will definitely recommend Zach and everyone else at Darlings. More
