Daniels BMW - Service Center

I live in NH and was in PA for training and on my last day of training my starter went on my BMW Convertible. I was quite distressed being 320 miles from home with no tow service or AAA. I found Daniels day of training my starter went on my BMW Convertible. I was quite distressed being 320 miles from home with no tow service or AAA. I found Daniels BMW online and called and got Debbie, she went out of her way to call the Tow Company as I was quite upset still. The tow truck came and I was greeted by Debbie with a big hug,she told Joe one of their finest Service Advisors what the situation was and that I needed to get home that night. It was about 3:45pm on a Friday and the dealership closes at 5pm on Fridays. Joe got 3 techs to stay and he stayed as well...Joe brought us up to get some dinner while we waited..and they got the job done in about 2.5 hours. The sales department is the best I've ever dealt with, but the service department at this dealership is to die for. The service people and technicians are the friendliest, most honest and attentive ca but the service department at this dealership is to die for. The service people and technicians are the friendliest, most honest and attentive car people I have ever encountered, so much so that I own two beemers. I cannot say enough, when compared with every other dealership and service department I have had dealings with (I'm 56) Daniels is in a class by themselves. More
