Absolutely horrible experience with them. First the GDI system is terrible. Burns oil too fast. No indication of low oil, blew engine. They tried to get me to buy a new engine, until I exposed their lawsuit then they gave me a free engine. But when they gave the car back, they returned it with a failed transmission, broken cat converter. I paid for new cat, returned car with broken muffler, I was pissed. Argued with them, they agreed muffler was their fault and replaced free. Kept arguing about transmission and they won’t replace it. Car was fine until engine blew, found out later by another professional that since oils burning it makes cat work harder causing it to fail and messing up the transmission shift selinoid. Exactly what happened to my car. every time I have gone back to this place they have a whole new team. Turn over is insane. Customer service is garbage. Don’t ever go here or trust them to work on your car! More

Leased a Tucson from here, service is the worst. It took 3 hours on a pre-scheduled appointment to do an oil change and a simple radio software update. Never getting a Hyundai again (ended up hating the car) and definitely never going back to this dealership. More
