We are very sorry this was so mishandled for your mother. It appears Eavyn did not register your agreement to buy the vehicle with the sales desk after you left on Saturday. A delivery date should have been scheduled which would have removed the vehicle from our sale inventory. To compound the error, he then did not come in to work on Sunday which is when the vehicle was sold and delivered to another customer. This was a violation of our policy and procedure which are in place to avoid exactly this type of situation. Unfortunately, we do not have another vehicle to offer matching the original, so we can only apologize. While we understand this is both frustrating and disappointing, we hope your mother is able to find another vehicle to meet her needs soon.

This is doesnt add up there was an oil change needed and brakes needed on the car. How did anyone take delivery of the vehicle in that condition. This isnt good business And on top of that you told us that the car was sold before we left . So the fact that you sold it after we left ...its crazy. Management was there that night saw us put a deposit and still you sold the car. The car is prolly still on the lot for all i know. Its bad business all around but hey. You just sell cars ...right.

There was another crv on the lot with no photos i had been trying to see and still no one even attempted to show it to us. Im just one customer but i speak with lots of people. Ill be sure to tell my story which ive already yold to other dealerships so that they understand the baphoonery we are dealing with nd to make sure it doesn't happen somewhere else. And again no management has yet to reach out to us!!

I spoke with the service advisor who assisted your mother and the service manager who was present during their conversation. My mom is 91 and has no clue of what you're talking about a car you can tell her anything and she's going to believe it you use that to your advantage you could tell her anything and she will agree to it you took advantage of a 91 year old lady who has no clue about anything on a car and to try to justify $800 bill for two rotors two pads and a container of brake fluid and charge over $800 is beyond belief
