In a previous experience I was mistold what a car would include, but Max was very confidently able to clearly articulate all of the features of the car and took his time to explain them to me. He didn't get frustrated with multiple questions, he stayed in contact with my insurance company as cards were being processed, and really went out of his way to make it work. I'm in a much better position, thanks to Max. More
