A good service advisor, but maybe take care of my warranty a littble bit please? I had ordered my warranty parts since Sept 2022, it has been a year. I am most unhappy with your dealership, i leased a few cars and tried to purchase the last one. You added a large dealer fee to the purchase price which was nowhere in the paperwork. I got caught off guard when I got a bill of $104. 00 for an oil change . This was the most I have ever paid for an oil change , it wasn’t even a full synthetic oil , it was a blend . Sales person was incredibly rude! Had to switch salesman after talking to manager. Overpriced and financing was a joke.
