Over 19 years ago Dallas Lease Returns decided to change the way car buying is done. They lowered overhead and teamed up with affiliated leasing companies to cut out the "Dealer Only" auto auctions by offering one-owner, off-lease vehicles direct to the public for 45 days. No longer would you have to deal with high prices, pushy salesmen, and confusing finance managers- prices would be fair and the only vehicles offered would be to the highest standard.
Today, DLR has completed over 10,000 transactions becoming the DealerRater National Dealer of the year for 2023 and the DealerRater Texas Dealer of the year for 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, & 23. DLR and its partners have been featured in many local and National publications including Auto Dealer Monthly, Vehicle Leasing Today, Dallas Morning News, and Fort Worth Business Press to name a few, and even appear in eBay marketing ad campaigns.

This was my first time dealing with DLR, I had the please of speaking with Pete Hankins. I told him what type of car I was looking for and my price range. Pete went to work showing me a few cars each day via of speaking with Pete Hankins. I told him what type of car I was looking for and my price range. I live about 1.5 hours away and when we found the car I wanted he took care of getting an outside inspection for my peace of mind as well as got me approved for financing and delivered my car to my office for my daughter’s Christmas present this year.
