I had a really great experience working with Richard. As a 24-year-old female buying a car, I brought my dad along, and he made both of us feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. He was very personable, easy to talk to, and never made me feel pressured or harassed at any point. What stood out the most is that he genuinely looked out for me and made sure I understood everything before making a decision.
