Rick was responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole experience. Even though I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state, I never felt like I was on my own or had to chase him down for answers. Rick kept me informed, answered every question I had, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. The level of customer service I received was honestly above and beyond what I expected. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus when they genuinely care about their customers — and this salesperson clearly cares.
