We stopped in on a Holiday, we weren’t even sure if they’re be open, it was Labor Day. To our surprise they were open so we walked in and we were initially greeted with a smile by the front desk lady. they’re be open, it was Labor Day. I noticed a small child’s area as I was walking towards where the cars were so I decided to let my kids play while we looked through their warehouse. We found a car we liked and set off the alarm, by accident. Oops! We ran into Chris and he immediately helped us. He turned the warehouse fans on and went to get the key so we could look inside the vehicle. It had everything we wanted except 2 things (I’m a tech and options girl), but these were minor considering the car’s condition. You could tell they take pride in their cars as they were organized, and clean inside and out. I didn’t buy at the last place we went because the car was dusty and not cleaned on the inside along many other things that I took notice that seemed much different at Dallas Lease Returns. We weren’t expecting to leave with a car, especially on a holiday. We planned to return the next day to do the paperwork. To our surprise, Chris called us just as we were entering the Galleria and gave us a proposal to take the car, do the paperwork and wire the funds the next day, so we didn’t have to drive all the way back the next day as well. He worked on the paperwork while we let our kids play and had lunch. We returned afterwards and he had us in and out. He had the car ready, filled up with gas and all the all weather floor mats inserted and ready for us to drive off. Chris was pleasant, conversational, and fun to work with throughout our experience. We even had some minor tech issues on the car the following day that I reached out about. He didn’t get defensive or blow me off. He helped me think through it and gave me some ideas to try to fix the issue. After some digging and resetting some things in the car, all is well. We purchased a Cadillac Escalade ESV and we are extreme happy with our purchase. We’ve owned 6 before and this one is just as great. I would absolutely work with Chris many times over. More
