Hello! My goal is to deliver a world class customer service experience to every customer, not only before and during, but also after the purchase as well. I handle everything from the guiding the customer to the perfect vehicle to handling the paperwork. I truly love what I do and hope it shows to my customer's. I started in the car business in 2013 as a Sales associate and quickly worked my way into management. I have experience in all aspects of the car sales process: Sales, Operations, Sales Manager, and General Manager. I found Dallas Lease Returns last year during the pandemic and love it here. The team is like family and it is an awesome place for a customer to purchase a vehicle. About me: I grew up in Southern California and moved to Texas in 2004. Married in 2012 and a girl Dad of 3. Price was pre-negotiated, financing was handled through my credit union, they took a $200 deposit to hold it and refunded it after we took ownership of the vehicle. It was even polished and meticulously detailed. The prices all seem very reasonable and I will definitely look here the next time in the market for a vehicle! More
