Hello! My goal is to deliver a world class customer service experience to every customer, not only before and during, but also after the purchase as well. I handle everything from the guiding the customer to the perfect vehicle to handling the paperwork. I truly love what I do and hope it shows to my customer's. I started in the car business in 2013 as a Sales associate and quickly worked my way into management. I have experience in all aspects of the car sales process: Sales, Operations, Sales Manager, and General Manager. I found Dallas Lease Returns last year during the pandemic and love it here. The team is like family and it is an awesome place for a customer to purchase a vehicle. About me: I grew up in Southern California and moved to Texas in 2004. Married in 2012 and a girl Dad of 3. If you are straight with what you want Ty will do all she can to give you what you are asking for. I kept getting jerked around by car sales people and by the time I called Dallas Lease Returns to talk to Ty can to give you what you are asking for. I kept getting jerked around by car sales people and by the time I called Dallas Lease Returns to talk to Ty I was burnt out on getting treated like I didn't know anything. Ty was patient and understanding and let me make my choice without pressure and showing me everything but what I was looking for. The process was smooth. Ty set the paperwork up even before I got there whether I was going to purchase or not and that probably one the best things. Ty is very down to earth and will meet you on your level and help you in every way possible and more. Thank you! More
