They are the best I went to Toyota on route 17 with my Highlander. They tell me they couldn’t find no problem with it. Very scary when you shut your car off and I don’t wanna start up. I took it back to W Highlander. They tell me they couldn’t find no problem with it. Very scary when you shut your car off and I don’t wanna start up. I took it back to Wappingers where I purchased a battery from them and it was a problem with the battery and it resolved the problem and this other dealership couldn’t even figure that out very professional took care the problem thumbs up. I am so satisfied with the whole experience, from the beginning when I sat down with Loosmane, , he was very patient and not at all pushy, he explained everything. (Even when I had kept him there a little past 5pm on Sunday Football game Day) When I came back to pick up car and was in rush (due to me trying fit too much in a day) Rob (Fiancing) sped it up for me and made it happen. And even right when I was leaving, Loosmane walked out to start the car to check the gas level, and topped it off so I’d leave with full tank. I definitely will recommend Loosmane (DCH Toyota) to anyone looking for a car. Thank you again!! More
