Others could not find the problems I have had a issue with a smell of antifreeze for over a year and was told it’s not a problem by many mechanics. But Joe took the time to listen to my concerns and really wanted to find the issue like it was his personal car. Joe had a few different service people looking for the problems. They replaced the parts and it seems like it’s been resolved. Price was fair and had my car was given back to me same day. Would recommend the dealership and service department. Recall Repair I had a scheduled appointment at 9:45 am to have a recall on my car repaired. I dropped it off the night before with all of my information. They calle I had a scheduled appointment at 9:45 am to have a recall on my car repaired. I dropped it off the night before with all of my information. They called me at 8:30 am the next day to say my car was repaired and ready to pick up. It was done over an hour before my original appointment. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. More

Horrible customer service and no customer loyalty. My mother leased a new 2016 civic in December of 2015. This is the second Honda my mother has leased from DCH Kay Honda. When the 3 year lease was up My mother leased a new 2016 civic in December of 2015. This is the second Honda my mother has leased from DCH Kay Honda. When the 3 year lease was up she only had 11,000 miles on the car so she extended the lease for a year. In May of 2019 the car had around 13,000 miles and when she turned on the A/C it blows out hot air. Honda knows about this issue for the 2016-2017 models. The dealership refused to do anything for her and told her that her car was out of warranty. Yesterday the car wouldn't start and says "check charge system". The car has 14,649 miles on it now. I Put a new battery in and still says the same thing and won't start. And once again it's another known issue with Honda and they won't issue a recall. The dealership simply tells you to **** off and that it's "not their problem". Between my mother, sister & I, we have 4 Honda's. The only one with NO issues is mine that I bought from a different dealership. The other 3 Honda's were purchased at DCH Kay Honda brand new and all have had issues and each one of their vehicles are less than 4 years old and have less than 25,000 miles. Apparently customer loyalty means nothing. More

Mixup at first We didn't stop to register at Service. Waited and waited because not in system for service.
