It was not the Service Advisor Amber, who tried her best to accommodate me. It was not the timely service your technicians provided in turning my car around for the recall. But it was the condition, of the loaner car you provided. It was way beneath what I've known Honda standards to be and what I would expect from DCH Kay Honda. I realize you have a contract with Hertz, but I believe that its Honda's responsibility to see that Hertz lives up to your and your customers expectations of service that Honda is so well known for. I've attached pictures of the condition of the car, please look closely. And as I hope you may know by now, the car had to be parked because the engine light went on. Totally unacceptable. More

Great experience I bought my car from dch Kay Honda and I needed some help pairing my phone. When I got to Honda my sales person was off for the day, but Carlos jumpe I bought my car from dch Kay Honda and I needed some help pairing my phone. When I got to Honda my sales person was off for the day, but Carlos jumped right up and offered to help me reconnect it. It’s not everyday a sales person will help a customer that wasn’t even theirs. Top Rate Service Department that Cares As a long time Honda and Acura owner and loyal DCH Family customer I should not be surprised by the level of service, professionalism, knowledge, care As a long time Honda and Acura owner and loyal DCH Family customer I should not be surprised by the level of service, professionalism, knowledge, care and hospitality that I received this past week while having my NSX serviced, but once again I am impressed and compelled to submit this review. It all starts from the moment you enter a dealership and you can't ask to be welcomed by anyone better than Carolyn who is always happy, friendly and a pleasure to speak with. I was then greeted by Service Director, Ken Kallok, who continues to impress me each time I see him. In my opinion Ken possesses all the right skills necessary to lead a top notch service department. He provides sound advice, always takes the time to understand and explain things, is responsive and genuinely cares about his customers and truly loves what he does. Ken has great people in his office like Darlene Kramer, who are very helpful and dedicated. Which then leads me to the master Honda Technician, Anthony Panza, who worked on my 91 NSX. Granted, Acura is Honda, but due to the age and further complexities and nuances of this vehicle, it has to be serviced by the right person and at the right dealership. Both were spot on. I believe Anthony is one of the best Honda technicians in the state and there hasn't been an issue with any of my Honda's or Acura's that Anthony or the rest of the DCH Service and Parts Department have been unable to address and/or resolve. All the Technicians working for Ken are excellent and you could not go wrong with whoever was assigned to work on your vehicle. While there, I also spoke with General Sales Manager, Ruben Arcila, who I conveyed my appreciation to and thanks for all they continue to do with regard to providing the best Honda ownership experience. Much like Ken, he directed all the thanks to his people and for being fortunate to have such a capable team. While I don't disagree with Ken or Ruben I think it all starts at the top and with individuals like them leading by example it makes for a winning product. If you have a Honda (or Acura) in the area and are looking for the right dealership for service, I would look no further than DCH Kay Honda. More
Superior Parts & Service Experience Recently, I had an absolutely wonderful dealership experience when I brought my 2013 Honda Accord Sport in for service and a remote key issue at Kay H Recently, I had an absolutely wonderful dealership experience when I brought my 2013 Honda Accord Sport in for service and a remote key issue at Kay Honda. Initially, I visited Jason Woods within the parts department to see if I could troubleshoot and obtain the parts needed to fix my issue without having to get it serviced in an attempt to save money. Jason was courteous, very knowledgeable, and very patient as he spent a considerable amount of time trying to help me fix my issues. Once it was determined that I needed specialty service equipment to complete the repair, he continued to go above and beyond the call of duty and accompanied me to service to help explain what was going on with my vehicle and ensured the positive experience continued with the Service Department. I am typically not a “dealership” kind of guy. However, my recent experience with the Service Department and more specifically, Jason Woods in the Parts Department, has won my business, hands down. Where I previously avoided dealerships at all costs, I will certainly be returning in the future and sharing my experience with other local Honda owners. Well done and thank you! More
