No one bothered to go over future problems with me. When I went to the cashier after my service was completed, she handed me several sheets. From start to finish, a great experience. Having another vehicle where the dealership provides loaner cars when maintenance is required, I was set to sit and endure this experience. I must say Having another vehicle where the dealership provides loaner cars when maintenance is required, I was set to sit and endure this experience. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. First, scheduling was a breeze, I did it online and took less than 2 minutes to get an appointment within 2 days. Next, driving unto the service area was a breeze and did not have to wait at all before an attendant took over and led me to the service assistant to register. Tiffany was fantastic, quickly assessing the need and writing up the work order. The scheduled maintenance, including a recall was completed within the hour and I was out of there before I knew it. Great service all around..Kudos. More
