I had my car serviced at this location twice (during the last two rec I would like to give kudos to Daniel Pavelka for his excellent costumer service. I had my car serviced at this location twice (during the last two recalls - transmission and fuel tank), and both time i was lucky to have Dan help me. Each time he did the extra mile, securing the parts as fast as possible, and keeping me updated on repair status. Even after the car is returned to me, Dan makes sure to follow up and check if the car is running smoothly. And the car does run like a dream now! More

I was trying to explain the issues I’ve been having with my car since days after I purchased it. He kept repeating himself and did not want to offer any help whatsoever. He eventually walked away from me without anything being solved and me leaving extremely unhappy. I will be contacting my attorney and then the dealership AGAIN. Unacceptable service today. If you don’t want to deal with customers then you probably shouldn’t be a general manager. You will be hearing from me again. More
