I've bought two cars from D'ELLA Honda of Glens Falls, and no doubt will be buying more. It's one of the best and most honest dealerships I've ever dealt with. My salesperson, Damien Tucker, would get a t and no doubt will be buying more. It's one of the best and most honest dealerships I've ever dealt with. My salesperson, Damien Tucker, would get a ten-star rating if that existed. Damien was knowledgeable, patient, honest - a total pro and a delight to do business with. He spent about a half-hour in a damp drizzle explaining to my wife and I all the high-tech safety features in the car we were buying. There was no pressure, no shenanigans, no turning me over to a manager to get worked over. Damien truly wants his customers to be happy and feel respected, and shows it in his work. Business manager Kurt Montanye was a first-rate pro himself, going over the paperwork and details thoroughly, and with no deception. I traveled more than three hours from home, and passed probably 25 Honda dealerships en route, to buy from D'ELLA. I did so because I knew I'd get an excellent deal on a quality car, and have the whole transaction be seamless and pleasant. I'd make the trip again tomorrow. More

I had a very bad experience with this dealership I saw a vehicle online that I was very interested in and I called them on Thursday and told them I was very interested in the vehicle and would like to come vehicle online that I was very interested in and I called them on Thursday and told them I was very interested in the vehicle and would like to come test drive it I spoke with one of the sales representatives he took all my information to come test drive it today. He was supposed to call me this morning to make sure I was coming and if anything was to change I never got a call I just got on the highway and drove 2 hours when I got an email that car was sold. I was 30 minutes away so I got there spoke with another sales person and he confirmed it was sold and that he was sorry. He tried to see if there was anything else they had but it wasn’t. He offered me and my son doughnuts and coffee like are you serious I just drive 2 hours and 45 minutes to find out the car I really wanted was sold and what makes it worse tit was sold on Thursday after I spoke with the sales person. I mean at least they could’ve offered me a gas card for the inconvenience. So on my way home the sales person I spoke with on Thursday calls me to say he found something and would I like to come back and I told him no I’m already 30 minutes away and I’m not interested he goes on to say he’s sorry and that the sales manager told him that he tried contacting me on Saturday but mind you I f that was true why didn’t he leave a voicemail. I was very disappointed and feel they didn’t care. More

He made me feel very comfortable and didn't push me into anything in any way. He was very pleasant and explained everything about my car very well. He really took the time with me. It meant alot! Thank you! I came up to lake George on Friday 9/13 for the weekend with my wife. We live approximately 170 miles south of here. When we arrived my cars check eng I came up to lake George on Friday 9/13 for the weekend with my wife. We live approximately 170 miles south of here. When we arrived my cars check engine light came on and the motor was badly missing. I located the closest Honda dealership and went to D’ELLA Auto Group. It was a Friday afternoon at around 3:50 in the afternoon and spoke to service advisor Jody Pitney-Jones. She said the soonest the car could be looked at was 9:30 the next morning because they were closing up at this time. I told her we were from out of town up here for the weekend and hopefully the car would make it back to the hotel and then back to the dealership in the morning. With that she said “wait a minute and let me see what I can do” and went back into the service area. She came out a few minutes later and said she got a technician to check the car now. The car was taken inside and awhile later she came to us in the waiting area and told us the problem was not only located ( a blown plug)but was fixed and ready to go. I want to thank you Jody for going out of your way to help us out of towers and saving our weekend. THANK YOU SO MUCH JODY ! More
Poor customer service They sold me a crv with a vibration at highway speeds. Brought it back 3 times and the gave it back to me 3 times with the same vibration. They road force balanced the tires, no change. They replaced the driveshaft, no change.They simply could not figure out what was wrong and fix it. They said it was the rims. What? I took it to Saratoga Honda and they had to rebalance the tires. They told me it is the cheap General tires Della put on it before they sold it to me. So I asked the manager of Della Honda to put decent tires on it and he told me " I can tell you right now we are not puting new tires on it" I paid 23,000 dollars for the car! I bet they dont come new with General Tires on them. This is a certified Honda, which means nothing. Now I have $23000 vibrating chair! More

Good experience at D'ELLA Honda. Saw a used 2012 Toyota Prius 3 listed at D'ELLA Honda. But it was listed at a price that was higher than I thought we could afford. He got me all of the info on the car and brought it out for me to see and test drive. Then we began the process of trying to come to a price we could afford. Damien kept going back to see if he could get a better deal. Finally the impossible deal was reached. More
Car purchase I had researched cars online and went to Della Honda specifically to test drive a 2016 Hyundai Tucson. They had the best price for this vehicle in a 8 I had researched cars online and went to Della Honda specifically to test drive a 2016 Hyundai Tucson. They had the best price for this vehicle in a 80 mi radius. The salesman was attentive and obviously experienced. Overall a very pleasant experience though they appeared a bit rushed as it got busy after 1pm but I didn’t feel it detracted from my experience. I live south of Albany NY and I think it’s worth the drive to Queensbury to check out what Della Honda has to offer. More
