I had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned, certified 2021 HR-V at Della Honda this past week. My sales person was Justin Matteson. He had called me prior to a scheduled service appointment for my 2016 CR-V to ask if might be interested in a trade-in. He was very informative about my options and zeroed right in on the type of new/used car that I said I would consider. Within minutes he had a wonderful vehicle for me to test-drive, and he skillfully explained all the features. After the test drive, he presented information about the value of my trade-in and what a price would be to purchase the "new" one. Ron Williams, the Business Manager, assisted, The deal seemed reasonable, and I accepted the offer and put a deposit on the HR-V. Two days later, I was back to pick it up, purchased a maintenance/warranty plan, and I'm happy driving it! More

I think that problem was due to lack of expertise at either the regional or national level, when contacted by the local staff about a strange camera problem. On 6/21/24 My 75 year old mother went in to look at a used HRV, was told her current HRV was only worth $7000 in trade, and would likely be sent to a wholesale lot because it could not be certified… its used HRV, was told her current HRV was only worth $7000 in trade, and would likely be sent to a wholesale lot because it could not be certified… its on the website today for $12,895. I called the dealership an hour after they ripped my mom off and offered the purchase the car for $7500, the salesperson was supposed to call me on 6/22 after the car underwent their minimum inspection for resale, and i was told they would sell me the car. I did not wait for a call, and left a message, and have not heard back. My mom describes feeling pressured to make a deal; they also told her to use Honda financing or she would have to purchase gap insurance…. For a car with $7000 down?? Seems a bit outrageous, unless the car she purchased was way over priced. I understand that selling cars is a business… but this seems very predatory More
