A couple of kinks in our purchase prevented me giving a 5 star rating. Did not have a model on their lot that we were really interested in, but found one at a dealer a couple hours away. Cumberland delivered to us at no charge, but the vehicle had several inconsistencies from the pictures and info posted on the internet. We were told that the picture and info were for a generic model but the one that we purchased also had another package that was not pictured. Although we do love our purchase, disappointing when expecting one thing and another arrives with some very noticeable differences. Also, body shop dinged on of the doors when detailing, but Josh did have this corrected, providing us with a loaner for 4 days. More
2017 Camry Purchase I live in Knoxville, TN and just casually stopped by the Cookeville dealership while returning home from working in Nashville on 8/16-17/17. My wi I live in Knoxville, TN and just casually stopped by the Cookeville dealership while returning home from working in Nashville on 8/16-17/17. My wife & I had previously agreed to a purchase of a 2017 Camry from Toyota of Knoxville a couple of days earlier. We were paying cash, no trade, but we had NOT exchanged money or received the car. That was to happen on 8/18/17 after I returned from Nashville. My wife had called me numerous times while in Nashville and had misgivings and was upset about the decision she had made. I was approached by Ronnie Bean who was very kind and inquisitive about why I was there. I explained our concerns & told him my wife felt she was pressured to buy a car she really did not want in Knoxville. She did not like the color, features, or the previous salesmanship at Toyota of Knoxville. Customer service and explanations were poor and he was SELLING us the car he wanted us to have rather than letting us BUY the car we wanted. He just was not LISTENING. It was not what she wanted. Ronnie took me outside and asked me what she wanted instead of what she had agreed to. I found what she wanted but I told Ronnie I even had the proposed bill of sale in my car. He said let me HELP you. He got on the computer, let me WATCH him and told me I could get her the car she desired and at the same price or less AND deliver it that day for FREE. He said if I can do that , do we have a deal? I said let me call my wife and see but I am sure she will agree. I did not have a check with me and Ronnie said he follow me home to KNOXVILLE deliver car and pick up our check. That was the utilmate in customer service and that is what we did. We got the car she wanted and with more features and benefits, and it cost us less!!!! Ronnie was so personable and professional. He was NEVER rushed. He introduced me to his sales mgr and business mgr and even took me back to parts and service. After purchase was done I told him I was unable to get a bug deflector for my 2007 4Runner and he made a few phone calls and it is now in order. Yes, I will be back in the future and I have already told others about my experience. Ronnie, Thank you so much for your help. He listens to what you want/need and takes the time to make sure he gets you in the right car for you and your budget! He takes the time to show you features as well as differences between cars to make sure it's the right fit for you- while not trying to "push" all the extra options that you can't afford. Financing is hassle free & easy. In & out quickly with everything being explained & no questions left to ask. More

I was referred to John Fielden by my sister for his care and commitment to service. I wasn't disappointed, and I'm hard to please. John is personable, detailed, and he worked hard to get me a fair deal. We are thrilled with the purchase of our new Avalon and its ratings for reliability and resale. Wayne Chaffin also went to work to get us the best financing and Brandon Hall, GM, keeps thing at Cumberland running smoothly and makes sure his customers leave happy! The only negative thing I can say is I don't like the sleeves John has wear to cover his tattoos... the first time I met him I saw them and they are a part of who he is... plus he served our country, so he earned the right to be home and be himself.😉 More
