Part needed was promised to arrive on 9/6 But did not arrive till around 9/28. The guys in the shop were relaying what the parts department we're telling them and apparently the parts department had no c arrive till around 9/28. For each of those days I was paying for a rental car. The manager of the department was very nice about it and promise me a check for $250 as partial reimbursement for my car rental charges. So far the check has not arrived. More
