After spending $35,000 on our two vehicles and having problems each time we have been there, and still nothing is right with either of them.. Our stereo system hasn’t been right since installed , Tim sa problems each time we have been there, and still nothing is right with either of them.. Our stereo system hasn’t been right since installed , Tim saying he’s got part ordered for over a month and still nothing.. Had whip lights installed on Jeep and they draw power all time causing battery to be dead all time, because they are not hooked up right.. After getting all the money, they won’t return calls , have even texted Perry and he doesn’t follow through either.. They scratched 5 brand new wheels when installing them, got 4 new wheels.. then had more work done on it and they ended up scratching the only wheel they took off, Tim said he would get us touch up paint and never heard anything more over a month and still no call or touch up paint.. Really the list can go on and on with the screwups they have done, we were overlooking it for a while, but not anymore.. More

The service department good workers got it going. The brake system on my K5 EX sucks I got this car thinking it had the other cars beat on warranty guess what all talk. After a few thousand miles The brake system on my K5 EX sucks I got this car thinking it had the other cars beat on warranty guess what all talk. After a few thousand miles my wife said her car shakes when she hits the brakes. I bought for her Christmas. I finally drove it. The dealership turned front rotors. On interstate speed it continues to shake and makes noise when brakes are applied was told due to regular ware. Now it will coast me big bucks to repair my brakes unless I trade it in for different car than Kia. Due to factory defects. my rotors should have been replaced not rigged. On new car I have a Chev. 1500 Silverado with 390 thousand miles on it never have had brake problems one of several new vehicles I have owned Though I would give Kia try beautiful car. Looks only skin deep. Will look deeper on next new car. Soon to purchase another will not buy looks again will buy dependability. First time shame on you second time shame on me This tells me regular ware will be answer for all problems I have with my new K5 EX. I was expecting better on your top of line vehicle.
