It started in 1996 when I fell in love with the Eclipse. I purchased the car new. What a thrill for me. I kept the car for ten years. During the ten years I took my car back to this dealership for everything I wanted done. Every single oil change, filter, rotation, etc you name it. This is where I met Sherry Vieria in service. Of course I was amazed and joyed to find a woman in this position, and always on top of her game. Over the years she got to know me and I her and I was extremely pleased with the service I was receiving, it began to feel like family. I could not imagine taking my baby to an other place if she was sick....I am talking about my car. So in 2006 a decade later it was time for me to grow up and change my vehicle..hmmm SUV sounds good..love the Endeavor...Sherry Vieria is still in service. All is good. So, I met Vinny in sales and because of the service I received from Sherry and the Mitubishi team I decided I could not even look at another dealership. So, I purchased my brand spankin new SUV...again, they maintain everything for me, even down to the new shoes (tires) I just had them put on 2 days ago. Now, I feel safe. Thank you Sherry for the last 17 years you are the best!! Thank you also to everyone who makes up the Mitsubishi team they have never let me down....!! More

From casual observation, it seems like all of the folks at Crown Kia are that way. The entire process was so smooth that my wife was on the phone recommending Crown Kia to a fellow co-worker before her 2014 Sorrento even made it home. More

I was on the way to work when I noticed that my car was beginning to overheat. I drove my car to the repair shop that morning and was there about as soon as they opened. To make a long story short, I left my car and Matt and he arranged a rental for me through Hertz and I was able to get to my job in Manatee County, by 9:30. Matt called to update me daily and I felt a burden lifted when he told me the price of the repair. He is professional, friendly and knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care about me and my needs. That doesn't come from corporate training,..he brought that with him. I am also including Evan because he was there to provide answers to Matt's questions and was also professional and friendly. Patti was friendly as well and I applaud you for allowing her to express herself in pink. Thank you for your help and wonderful service. The reason I gave them five stars was that the entire experience from beginning to end was a delight. The salesman, Michael Cornell, was the picture of friendliness, professionalism, and most of all - ex experience from beginning to end was a delight. He spent a long time getting the car to be affordable which was so important since I am a single mother. He called me repeatedly afterwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He actually truly cares about people and finding out what they need instead of trying to push you into doing something you can't afford or don't want to do. I will definiely be back in the future to buy from Mr. Cornell. By the way, my 2013 Kia Forte is the best car I have ever had - just as Mr. Cornell said it would be. Sincerely, Cindy Powell More
I have been dealing with Sherry since 2001 and, as far as I am concerned, she is the ONLY one I will work with. She is very kind, but also very no-nonsense when it comes to the upkeep of my vehicle. I was visiting the area from Virginia and noticed my headlight low beam was burned out. It was a Saturday morning and I saw that the service dept. opened at 8am. I went over about 8:30 and was taken right away by Evan Doel. He was very helpful and filled out my papers, estimated the cost and how long it would take. They had me in and out in less than an hour and the price was reasonable. Patti Buchhalter took my payment and was very nice. I have always been really happy with my dealer service in Virginia but this team is just as helpful and friendly as back home. Thanks for helping a traveller in need. More
