I came in for a simple tire plug after driving through a new construction area. 3 hours to get my tire plugged and I very specifically asked if the technician would check the other three tires. I sat by the window where you can clearly see the shop and had a very close view of my vehicle. I watched my vehicle the entire time it was in the shop and not once did the technician care about the other tires. Did not even look at them or touch them.
