Today there are no bad vehicles, so what a car costs, residual value, warranty, cost of ownership are all factors that an informed consumer takes into consideration when a final decision is made. Matt Maynard handled our recent recall on a Sorento. Since the replacement parts had not come in, he helped us get a rental car substitute which KIA reimbursed.
