I have been dealing with Sherry since I got my Mitsubishi in 2006. I always ask for her. She is always right on top of everything which sometimes includes getting a rental and a loaner when work is not done when it was scheduled. Sherry reminds me of additional service items I might need before they are due so I can plan for the expense. Wish I also knew the name of the person that actually worked on my car because they always correct the problem. Never have to return because the problem was not corrected. More

2011 Kia Soul - Brake lights were not working and ESC light came on. Called the service department on a Saturday and spoke with Sherry. She knew exactly what the problem was, and we scheduled an appoin light came on. Called the service department on a Saturday and spoke with Sherry. Crown was very responsive a few years ago when I had some paint problems with my Endeavor (I basically had the entire vehicle repainted at no expense to me), they have offered some great discounts on service in the past, and I know that when I bring my vehicle in I can trust the service department to do what is needed with no pressure sales to do anything else. I would highly recommend the service department (for Mitsubishi vehicles - I can't speak for Kia). More
