He knew I wasn't going to settle for anything other than exactly what I wanted. He searched every dealership, in state, out of state, you name it. After months of searching (never giving up on me) one finally came in to the dealership, he called me right away and gave us a great deal. He worked with Qu (his supervisor), matched the price USAA offered us and gave us great rebates, including Kia owner loyalty, military discounts and more. They worked around OUR schedule as to when we could come in to sign the paperwork, had my new car washed, gassed up and ready for me when I walked in the door. I could not have asked for better service! I will refer all my friends to Crown Kia, every day of the week! More

Great Service Matthew was great through the exhausting process of replacing an array of parts & rebuilding my Kia Sportage engine. Payment was coming from an out of town source, parts were hard to find, insurance adjusters were in and out of the service center and it ended up being a much longer process than either of us had anticipated.
