Crown Kia Service Department I went into Kia Service Department for the first time today since I just moved into area approx. 2 months ago. I was having an air conditioning proble I went into Kia Service Department for the first time today since I just moved into area approx. 2 months ago. I was having an air conditioning problem with my 2011 Kia Optima. I had stopped by day before explaining my possible problem and they were able to set me up with an appointment on next day (21 Aug). I was greeted by Mr. Evan Doel, who was one of the most professional and courteous service representatives I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very knowledgeable and walked me thru the process of getting service done on my vehicle and options that I would possibly have after the problem was determined. I was not in the business an abnormal amount of time and my problem was fixed to my satisfaction. When you buy a vehicle from a dealership you sometimes wonder what sort of a service department they have down the road. I am here to say that if there sales force is half as good as the service department then they should be at Crown Kia sold out of vehicles. More

That is why my family has purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and we will continue to do so. Sherry will call me and tell me what is exactly needed (oh,, by the way they have complimentary shuttle service so I can get a ride to eat breakfast) and will get my OK over the phone. The service department also will do a vacuum and wash of your car as part of the service (nice, huh?) I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership service department or the dealership if you want to purchase a car so you can use their service department. More
