Wow! What a deal! I was treated with white gloves and left the Kia dealership with my new car very excited about my purchase. I am still pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my purchase and comfortably look forward to years of enjoyment with my Kia Rio. When and if the day arises for a new purchase I will definitely visit Crown Kia before all others; I just hope Zoranco Kirovski is sill there. Thank you Zoran and Crown Kia for the experience. Every employee is delightful, professional, efficient, personable, and portrays genuine integrity. Tom McCubbin is incredible. He greets me with a warm smile, and listens to my auto needs. Each and every time that I have made a vehicle purchase, it has been EXACTLY what I wanted........ at EXACTLY the right price. I have never been pressured to go beyond my budget. Robert Shaw is an amazing manager. He has a wonderful rapport with his associates and clients. Both these gentleman make the process of purchasing a vehicle a pleasure! I got promises out of him that I was unsure of and decided to check out Autonation Toyota. The next day I came back to Crown Kia to give Bill a chance and he not only lived up to his promises, but he exceeded them and gave me the best deal I could of gotten. Remarkably wonderful, friendly, professional experience I responded to a Chrysler Sebring Buy Back Event at Crown Kia. I completed the requested automated telephone registration for the "contest". Within a I responded to a Chrysler Sebring Buy Back Event at Crown Kia. I completed the requested automated telephone registration for the "contest". Within an hour I received a live phone call from Bill Simons, thanking me for responding and inviting me to come to the dealership to see what he could do for me. After asking some pertinent questions, he assured me he would do his very best to make me a satisfied client. Bill had a very easy going manner that made me feel comfortable to follow his lead. My wife and I drove over to see Bill that very evening and we were pleasantly surprised as we met Bill in person. After a brief discussion of what we were looking for, he showed us the Kia Soul that he thought would best fit our needs and budget. He had already asked his general manager to evaluate our trade-in and then proceeded to obtain the very best deal for us. Within a fairly short span of time, considering the restrictions we had asked Bill to work within for our budget, we came to an agreement to purchase the Kia Soul and Bill asked what color we'd like. Once that decision was made, we were introduced to Peter Petrovic who reviewed the final numbers with us, offering and explaining the possible add-on options and then we completed the necessary paperwork. Even though we had arrived in the evening and it was soon getting toward closing time, we were never made to feel like we had to rush or make hasty decisions. We were happy and satisfied new car owners that evening and drove out with our new 2014 Kia Soul! Since the service department had closed we did have to return to have the complimentary "Diamond" protective finish applied as well as have Bill demonstrate the finer points of our new vehicle's electronics. Bill even downloaded both of our cell phones' contacts into the marvelous (but somewhat intimidating) Bluetooth system, demonstrating its use, and familiarizing us with his step by step instructions! What wonderful service- the best any "car salesman" has ever provided. It seems that previous car sales we have experienced in our 45 years of marriage actually ended before the ink was dried on the signature line! Our experience was like a breath of fresh air. Since applying the finish protectant was about a 90 minutes or so process, Bill even provided a loaner vehicle to us so that we could go enjoy breakfast at a local restaurant. We returned and had a wait of about 30 minutes until our vehicle was ready to go. Each employee with whom we had any contact at this dealership was friendly, professional, and smiling. This team of associates all seemed like they were actually there to provide a pleasant experience for us. Later that same afternoon we had an unexpected phone call at home from Peter Petrovic, calling to inform us that he had actually found an even better financing arrangement that was in OUR favor and that all he needed was our signatures on the new paperwork that he had prepared for us. What an awe inspiring team of consultants are on staff at Crown Kia! My hat is off to these fine folks and I will definitely tell others of our ever so pleasant experience. Perry Boyd More
Fast, efficient and no high pressure tactics I had researched cars on the internet and found one that matched my criteria at Crown Kia St. Petersburg. Drove down mid-afternoon on a Saturday and I had researched cars on the internet and found one that matched my criteria at Crown Kia St. Petersburg. Drove down mid-afternoon on a Saturday and was greeted by Chris Jensen who asked how he could help. I mentioned what I came to look at and knew exactly where the car was and walked us over to it. He excused himself and retrieved the keys and a dealer tag should we want to test drive the car. Chris was very knowledgeable about this car and KIA's overall, explaining the features and safety of the car. He asked, without undue pressure, if we wanted to test drive the car, which we did. Even though we didn't register interest in the car on their webpage, they honored the internet listed price without hesitation. Best of all, Chris and his manager were able to keep our monthly payment to what we requested and at an interest rate better than what my credit union quoted me. As it was now after closing and with 2 buyers ahead of us waiting on the finance manager, we agreed that we would come back the next day, Sunday, around noon to complete the paperwork. Returned on Sunday and Chris was already out the door to greet us before we got halfway to the office showroom. He walked us over to the finance manager's office, introduced us and left us to complete the paperwork. Mr. Parson's had all the paperwork ready for us. He offered the usual add-ons and even though I declined, he went over each one to be sure I knew what was available. His explanations were matter of fact, with no undue pressure exerted to elicit a purchase. Within 15 minutes we were done and on our way. This was easily the most efficient, pleasant and enjoyable car buying experiences I have ever had, and I am 68 years old and have purchased a great many cars in my lifetime. I wholeheartedly recommend Chris and Crown to anyone who is or may be interested in purchasing a newer recent model vehicle. More

The Sales Consultant, Michael Cornell is pleasantly vintage, Eric Clark , Manager is quite the negotiator, Peter Petrovic, Business Manager is cognitive efficient, Matt Maynard,Service Advisor is cordial and direct, and Sherry Vieira is courteous and pleasant. The customer service is very appreciated. Everyone was professional, Considerate and Friendly. I am satisfied with the overall experience. My car is new and the quality of team work is great because every one worked together to accomplish the goal of sending me home in a new Forte KIA. The price is good it fits in my budget. More
