He was patient with us in our deliberations and told about the car in good detail which helped us determine whether this car was the right one for us. We cannot say enough of how he handled us, even taking my phone call after picking up the car and giving further instructions which helped in my interacting with the car. A follow up phone call today was a real plus which impressed us significantly. An awesome experience all the way around. More

Though young Julian Bitar was not assigned to our appointment, he did everything in his power to make sure we got in and out in a jiffy, being that we had no idea it would take 2:30 hours and we had brought our dog along the way. He was attentive and explained all the service options for me with ease and in a matter that didn't feel pushy. He was very welcoming and 100% customer oriented. The rest of the staff were super cool as well, I don't remember the lady's name that gave our puppy snacks...but oh yeah...that made her day!!! It's my first time servicing my vehicle here but Julian made a difference. We'll definitely be back. More
