Chris and Jim: a quality team and great buying experience I was a little uneasy at first in purchasing my vehicle with them due to living in southern Palm Beach County Florida and needing to drive 4 hours to I was a little uneasy at first in purchasing my vehicle with them due to living in southern Palm Beach County Florida and needing to drive 4 hours to St Petersburg. Reason being was that I had previously purchased 4 cars from another location in Florida and they were all and delivered to me, taking away my trade. I made the drive over because I was offered the best price for the vehicle/trade in the state of Florida. My local dealer in West Palm Beach, which is Schumacher, was more than $3,000 away from what they were willing to offer me in total. Chris took the time to reach out to me and follow up with me without being pushy he was a great guy and I enjoy doing business with him. Jim was fair, personable, and reasonable and I appreciated his style of interacting with me while discussing and negotiating. There were no surprises when I drove in.. no undisclosed math to deal with everything was appropriately ready for me and they really took the time to show me the features of the vehicle. They both were also very endearing and positive with how they interacted with my seven-year-old daughter who accompanied me for the trip. I would definitely consider making a buying decision with crown Mitsubishi again, and Chris and Jim won't Let You Down! Todd and finance was also a great person to work with. I wish you guys the best! I've had to bring my vehicle to Kia for the same issue. Each time, Michael has always reviewed with me what the findings were and what has been done to resolve the issue. He has always kept me aware of what was going on with my vehicle and I have always left there satisfied. Although, the issue has been repetitive, I have always felt that my vehicle was in good hands. Michael has always been thorough and did the right thing. This made my issue much easier to deal with. Thanks Michael for giving me a peace of mind. Great job!!!! More

He was immediately the lowest price of all of the respondents. During our visit to the dealership Ryan was professional, personable and willing to work with us to get us in the vehicle we wanted at the price we needed. I would highly recommend Crown Kia and most certainly would recommend Ryan Smith as someone to be trusted to assist with anything you need. I have already sent his information to multiple family members that are also shopping. During my online negotiations, David Denbow was also involved, repeatedly checking to make sure that we were being well taken care of. During the financing portion of our purchase Wayne Sebring kept it comfortable, light and put no pressure on us to purchase unnecessary product. Wayne also assisted in insuring I was recognized for my military service and assisted us in getting an additional rebate related to that service. My wife is the proud owner of a 2018 Kia Sorrento. I was a bit jealous of how much vehicle she got for the money as I just recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Camry. I enjoy my car but I see that I could’ve had a much higher trim package for less money.
