Great service department Michael Stephenson helped me as a first time customer to Crown Kia's service center. He had my paperwork available when I came in for my appointment, gave me an accurate estimate on replacing my brake light and the car was ready when he said it would be. Most of the work was for a recall but very impressed by service. Will definitely use again. More

Love Crown Kia! I love this dealership and Mr. Z!! I started out with Crown Kia 5 years ago, driving in with a beast of a car. I am now on my 3rd Kia! Each time movin I love this dealership and Mr. Z!! I started out with Crown Kia 5 years ago, driving in with a beast of a car. I am now on my 3rd Kia! Each time moving up the "luxury" ladder. Today, I am driving a 2017 Cadenza and I am in love, love, love! Mr. Z is not only awesome at what he does, he listens to your needs and wants and provides the best possible outcome. It isn't about 'making the sale' but making the customer happy. I love Mr. Z and I love my crown family. More

Best experience I have ever had buying a car. Period. I rarely take the time to rate my experience with any purchase but yesterdays visit to Crown Kia changed that. These guys are a couple of the nicest helpful fellas you could ever ask to help you make a significant purchase. They took the time to listen to what we were looking then explained to Lori and I all of the options available in not only the model we were eye balling but how we might be able to get a better value with another. At the end of the day we drove out with a gorgeous Kia Cadenza at an incredibly discounted lease rate. We were not looking to lease and wiithout James and Blake's helpful guidance we never would have realized the value that was there. He was patient and kind and answered and explained every detail to me concerning my new car. He was very helpful when I started I wanted new insurance and he called up someone for me to get a quote. I appreciate the time he took to make sure that I was happy with my decision. My finance manager was awesome as well he gave me very helpful information that will give me in the right direction dealing with my car. This is my 2nd car from Crown Kia and I'm delighted to have them on my team. My experience was amazing. I can't find the finance manager name or picture to rate him but he is 5 stars as well.
