Let me start by saying, I have purchased 24 new cars over my fifty years of driving. This is the first time I have purchased four cars from the same manufacturer. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, in fact the best salesperson I have dealt with - ever. She very friendly, knowledgeable, easy going and no pressure. All questions were answered in a straightforward honest manner. Crossroads Infiniti had the exact car my wife and I wanted on the lot. After a test drive, we went in to discuss price and trade in value. In less than 10 minutes a very fair deal had been reached and our new car was being detailed for delivery. I found the whole experience to be the best I have ever experienced in a new car purchase.
