I must confess....my past expectations and experiences have shaped me to expect less than honest sales people and less than stellar deals and service. My husband and I have bought many new vehicles (mostl have shaped me to expect less than honest sales people and less than stellar deals and service. My husband and I have bought many new vehicles (mostly Ford but some other brands we well) and we are even "D plan" (employee pricing with Ford) so one would assume that based on same, we would or should always leave satisfied....however sadly, in the past, this hasn't been the case. In late January 2020 I made contact with Julie (Young) at Cronin. It began as a simple phone inquiry with little expectations on my part when I inquired on a new (but still on the lot - demo) 2019 Ford Expedition. The Cars.com advertised price was great but I also knew from many, many, many hours of looking over the prior weeks these advertised prices rarely were exactly as expected. I expected Julie to tell me ththathe price I saw included many rebates etc that I would not qualify for. Shockingly, the price was exactly as represented. After discussing with my husband we had just decided our situation was a little too unique and the timing was just wrong (despite the great price) and I had closed the door (in my mind) on this vehicle...however Julie followed up with me a day or too later...and I just shot her exactly what my terms were to close the deal. My terms were very unique and I knew, more than likely, unable to be met. Julie took me seriously, on my offer, and MADE IT HAPPEN. I would say that 75% of my communication with Julie was via text messages (wow! The times we are in!). I found Julie to be extremely responsive, respectful, honest, forthcoming and helpful. It took 48 hours between when I made my crazy terms/deal and when we drove the two hours to the dealership to make it happen. I asked Julie to have as much done as possible so we could turn around quick as we had kids activities that evening. I'll admit, despite how wonderful Julie had been, I was waiting for the shoe to fall when we got there. I just knew there would be a catch somewhere. There wasn't. Julie was waiting and truly WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist us, educate us on the vehicle, get us signed up for Ford Pass and get us back on the road. From the moment we drove in to the moment we left was around two (2) hours. Far better than anywhere we have EVER been! This was on top of the fact that my 10 year old daughter was with us and sick! They made her comfortable and looked after her as we finalized paperwork. If the above wasnt enough Julie maintained communication after the sale and kept me informed and updated on various aspects of our sale. I was exceptionally pleased. I truly cannot say enough about JULIE YOUNG and Cronin Ford. We will look for Julie in the future for any and all Ford needs which says a lot given my father in law is a manager at the local Ford dealership and Julie is two hours away!! Julie is a star and a rare gem in the car sales field. Cronin Ford is BLESSED to have her!!! More

Excellent Service from Morgan Oakes I was looking for a used car for a week.
