About 3 years ago, after going to many dealers in our search for a new car we decided to stop at Cronin Kia on a Sunday afternoon to see what they had. Rich Underwood, Business Manager, who was walking t search for a new car we decided to stop at Cronin Kia on a Sunday afternoon to see what they had. Rich Underwood, Business Manager, who was walking to another location stopped and asked if we had any questions or needed help. He was most helpful and within a couple of days, we had our first lease with a 2018 KIA Sportage. One of the best experiences I've had for getting a new car and that's saying a lot ! Our lease just recently expired and we received a text from Jeff Harper, Product Specialist, concerning our options. With Jeff's help (and no high pressure) we again decided on another new lease for a 2021 KIA Sportage. Again, another good experience for a new lease, getting the car and the price we wanted. Many thanks again to Jeff and Trevin Thalheimer-Finance Manager for getting us through all the paperwork - that was easy too. I visited Cronin Kia 3 yrs ago ago and leased my first vehicle. My salesman was Michael Monroe. Fast forward... it's time to decide if I want to buy out my lease or lease another vehicle. I went back to vehicle. My salesman was Michael Monroe. Fast forward... it's time to decide if I want to buy out my lease or lease another vehicle. I went back to Cronin Kia and was delighted to see that Michael Monroe was still working there. I was able to schedule a time on Monday, to meet with Michael, to crunch numbers on buying out my Niro or leasing the new 2021 Kia Seltos. I was leaning toward the Seltos because it came in my favorite color orange (Mars Orange). When I met with Michael he listened to what I wanted, I was going to settle for the black or charcoal as they didn't have an orange on the lot. But Michael said that he would talk to the Sales Manager and see what they could do to get the color I wanted, that I shouldn't have to settle... Michael was gone maybe 15minutes and came back and said that they found my car at another dealership and they were working to see if the dealership would trade with them. They did!!!! Michael came over and said, "you got it", I was extremely excited and thankful for the time and effort that Michael put into getting me the car I wanted. I was able to pick my car up the next day from Cronin Kia. If looking for a new car/lease check out Michael Monroe at Cronin Kia and the rest of the staff, you won't be disappointed.
