I am a first time Kia owner and Mike Monroe made my experience stress free and seamless. He was so wonderful to talk to and I didn't feel like anyone was dishonest (which sometimes I feel with car sales). He also ensured I had all the information I needed, thoroughly showed me around my vehicle and told me to call anytime I needed anything. Well they all say that except this time I actually could. I have texted and called Mike probably 6 times in 5 months if I've had a question about an app on my car, or not remembering something he showed me. I even texted him at 11:30pm one night because I was locked out of my car out of town and wondered if there was a way I could get in. He not only always texted me back very timely, but he also emailed me YouTube videos or instructions to walk me through my questions. I truly feel like I can text him anytime and not feel like I am a bother. Seems to be just the kind of guy he is. The rest of the team made the process nice too, through the paperwork and getting my vehicle. I have recommended this place already at least 6 times and would do it again. More
