I can’t say enough about Cronin Kia and their staff in Harrison Ohio. After 4 months of trying to find a new Kia Seltos, I kept coming up with nothing. The Seltos would sell right off the truck. I was told time and time again I would need to order one and wait 3 to 4 months. I finally called Alexandria McDaniel at Cronin and she promised to help us find one. With the help of Michael Monroe, a short time later she called saying she found one, the color and trim level I wanted on a truck coming to the dealership. I put down a very minimal down payment and two weeks later (sooner than I was told) I had may new Kia Seltos. No mark-up, no crazy add-ons, just the base price I was quoted. Rich Underwood made the paperwork process a breeze. He made us feel comfortable by explaining everything in clear detail, no trying to up-sell us with any crazy extras. Alexandria got us pumped up about our new purchase by explaining all the cool features on our Seltos. I did a lot of research on the Kia Seltos before ever thinking of purchasing one.
